Furthermore, it is a common sense that sound health is also based on the

continuous exercises and we must take some exercises daily according to our age and physical conditions. As college students who study under pressure, sports also plays a vital role to our students’ daily life. The best way to keep healthy and relax

themselves is to go in for sports. It not only promotes health but also prevents diseases.
