在我的书橱里，“住着”好多我的“好朋友”，有《唐诗三百首》《弟子规》《三字经》等等。每当我写完作业，他们总会“跑”出来和我“玩”。

是呀！时间一去不复返，过去了就永远也追不回来了。就像妈妈所说的那样：如果今天的病人不及时救治，等到明天，病人就有可能因救治不及时而去世""我们小学生，如果凡事都拖拉，推到明天，又怎能学到更多的知识，担负起更大的责任呢？

今日事今日毕——好习惯与高效率
从教已经接近两年的时间，在这两年中我在课堂中不断摸索，不断为自己增加课堂经验，以达到较高的课堂效率，在不断的观察中我发现课堂高效率与平时学习中学生培养的良好学习习惯密不可分。有些同学在学习中非常用功，但学习效果并不好，学习效率也不高，究其原因，无非是在学习中没有养成良好的学习习惯。下面就自己的一些观点谈谈自己的看法。
首先，培养学生做好课前准备的习惯。上课前要把本节课准备的书和其他练习本和辅导资料整齐的放好，回顾一下上节课的学习内容，找出还不会的内容。这节课将要学什么，提前做好预习，以便更好的学习本节课的内容。
其次，要培养学生的高度注意力。课堂上尤其是在老师讲解过程中，注意力集中是学好每一门课的前提条件，
第三，培养学生与老师良好的沟通。课堂发言可以将学生的思维动向及时反馈给老师，使教师的指导更有针对性，只有让学生在课堂上专心听讲，才能学到更多的东西，这才是高效课堂。
第四，要培养学生良好的思维习惯。课堂教学关键是要让学生会思维，因而思维习惯的培养显得尤为重要，除了要培养学生互助合作解决问题的能力之外，最重要的还是要培养每个学生独立思考和善于思考的能力，只有这样才能提高学生解决问题的能力。
在这两年的教学实践中，通过以上几点的指导，有许多同学从低迷成绩中走出来，改掉了以前的错误学习习惯，将课堂时间利用的越来越充分，课堂效率不断提高，看到这些例子，我心里由衷的高兴。其中有一个同学在刚升入初中的时候英语成绩经常不及格，其中很大原因就是因为他的不良学习习惯，由于本身基础就薄弱，所以经常跟不上教师的速度，课前预习做不好，课上也不喜欢发言，一度自己的成绩非常糟糕，自从经过引导，他学会了如何在课前对上节课总结和回顾，能够找出自己听不懂的地方，及时在课堂发言，将自己的问题反馈给老师，他逐渐跟上了课堂节奏，并将英语顺利的转化为自己的优势科目。经过实践，以
上的学习习惯对于学生在学习中的作用是不容忽视的。好的学习习惯无疑可以使学生事半功倍。
事实上，习惯是一种惯性，也是一种能量的储蓄，只有养成了良好的习惯，才能发挥出巨大的潜能。因此我们要常抓习惯养成教育，注重提高课堂效率，为孩子的健康成长和终身的幸福奠定基础。
