对于“小吃货”的我来说，怎好错过，如此“饕餮盛宴”呢，为了更好地收看《舌尖上的中国2》，我还特意温故了一遍《舌尖上的中国1》。我记得有一集是介绍杭州的一道名菜—西湖醋鱼，让我对西湖醋鱼有了深入的了解：西湖醋鱼作为杭州派别中的代表菜，要选用西湖的鲲鱼作原料，烹制前一般先要在鱼笼中饿养一两天，让鱼儿排泄肠内杂物，除去泥土味。厨师烹制时火候要求非常严格，三四分钟是烧得恰到好处的时间。烧好后，再浇上一层平滑油亮的糖醋，胸鳍竖起，鱼肉嫩美，带有蟹味，道鲜嫩酸甜。肉滋别具特色。仿佛透过屏幕，我已经闻到了它的酸中带甜，外焦里嫩，肉质鲜美，恨不能马上咬上一口尝尝，·····看到这里，我都忍不住的
