物理

一米八的身材,谨慎,幽默,。同学口中时常叫的“左哥”,便是我们的物理左老师,一口不太流利的普通话成了他的标志,稀疏的头发更体现了左哥的聪明绝顶,在他的教导下,我们班物理成绩名列前茅,他永远是我们眼中最靠谱的老师。

数学

幼儿园管理案例分析

——园长的批评和表扬

案例:

10月中旬我园开展了为期两周的教师汇报课活动,评课时大家都对老师们的课进行了细致的剖析与客观的评价,评价过程中优点少缺点和需要改进的地方提的多一些,评课结束后只听一位老师不满地嘟囔着:“哪有这样的评课,只有缺点,没有优点,最近我们工作很努力,为了讲课我们加班备课加班准备教玩具,还有的老师自己掏腰包买必须的教玩具,到头来一句表扬的话都没有,这不是打消我们工作的积极性?”听了这些,我心里咯噔了一下,经过三思我迅速找了几位老师和她们进行交流,并在交流过程中对她们授课中的优点进行了不露痕迹的肯定。她们听后都喜笑颜开,并表示以后一定会加强学习,提高自己的业务水平。

原因分析:

我认为:工作中教学中的问题,一般应该直截了当的提出,好的就不表扬了,不表扬但不表示没有可取的地方。教学水平有差距,就要虚心好学、勇于改正,才能奋起直追。

这件事促使我反思“作为园长,如何恰当的运用表扬、批评,把握好范围、力度是关键,因人而异不可取。”表扬可以分为:对个人的表扬、对部门的表扬、对全体人员的表扬、对幼儿园的表扬。以往我非常注意外部对幼儿园的表扬,觉得外部表扬更具权威性激励性。

但是对内部表扬有所忽视,在教师全体会上,偶尔会有些泛泛的表扬。 改进措施:

(一)表扬、批评必须有明确的目的。园长的一言一行是幼儿园的风向标,为此我充分认识到表扬、批评必须有明确的目的,比如:在后来不久的环境评比中,我重点对大一、大二的一层楼道整体设计,二层的值日生、气象角、才艺展示、星际宝宝评比的操作性、互动性进行了表扬。

(二)扩大表扬的范围。细心发现教师的闪光点,增加了对教师的个人表扬。

(三)对触犯制度高压线的行为,要毫不留情的批评,但是不留情与人性化的把握需要园长斟酌。一天,发现一位教师在班上用手机正在淘宝,我轻轻走过去对她说,你在忙啊。她赶忙把手机装起来。但是这位教师大概觉得我没有批评她,很人性化,后来经常违反纪律,如:聊天、上网。后来在教职工大会上我义正言辞地指出:违反纪律,就应该批评,制度的高压线,谁碰谁不舒服,违反纪律时,领导应该和风细雨的对待吗?但是这件事也让我意识到,不同性格的教师要用不同的工作方法,就是要像研究孩子一样去研究老师,要贴近她们的生活、贴近她们的需要。非常细致地去关注每个人的成长动态。细微的关注你的优点,你有什么危险的地方,然后大胆的纠正你。性格敏感且是初次违反规定时,批评要留有余地,暗示也是一种方法。对于那些屡教屡犯自律意识差的教师,或是一再重申提醒大家的问题,这时可考虑公开批评,点事件的批评可多运用,对于大会点名批评要慎

用,因为大会点名批评会使教师感到很大的压力,甚至断送了她在一个单位的成长。表扬别人的同时,会激发她的上进心,旁敲侧击比直接批评效果好。

(四)及时表扬,注意表扬的即时效应。一位教师婚假未满就主动上班,我对她进行了表扬;一位教师右脚做了一个小手术,休息了一天就在老公的接送下上班,我表扬了她;一位教师孕期反应极其强烈,但是她没有缺勤一天,她得到了肯定。

(五)以精神鼓励为主,物质为辅。不吝啬口头语言的表扬,证书、等级及时下发,并在全体会上公布。奖品、奖金只是象征性的鼓励

(六)一视同仁,不优亲厚友。否则产生对立,影响团结。如:某位领导只为自己关系好的教师争荣誉,为自己关系好的开脱惩罚,造成教师群体中的怨气,结果在考核小组成员的民主选举中落选。

(七)多关心教职员工,深得民心。看望生病的教师别拉下一人,关心教师、体贴教师要公平,淘气作梗的教师也应真诚关心。学期中平时一贯喜欢挑事和同事关系非常紧张的一位教师因病住院一个月,我和另一位园长及时的去看望她、关心她,尽量安排她多休息。上班后仍然对她嘘寒问暖的,渐渐地,她对待园领导对待同事的关系也缓和了许多,明显的感觉她工作的积极性也空前高涨了。
