篇一:《change your words, change your world》
Once I saw a video, it’s content is like this. There was a blind beggar and there was a piece of paper beside him reading “I am blind please help me”. There were very few people who would like to drop some coins since all of this was quite normal. Then there went a little girl, she didn’t drop any coins neither, but she picked up the paper and changed the words on it to “It’s a beautiful day and I can’t see it”. I guess we all could figure out what happened next, every passby leave their coins kindly.
At the end of this video, two lines of words appeared, “change your words, change your world”. That is a simple story, but when I finished my watch and thought those words carefully, I realized, that is not just “change your words” it is “change your mind” actually.
When people ask you what is innovation, we usually think innovation is change. Yes indeed, innovation needs change. When people ask you what is reformation, that word has a lot of means to us. As defined in the English-Chinese dictionary, “Reform consists of changes and
improvements to a law, social system, or institution” For our individuals, reformation and innovation means to changing your words and change your mind. Only our minds catch up with the development of times, could our behaviors and achievements be accepted by this times. For a company, reformation and innovation means to changing it’s concept, only the concept of the company catch up with the main tune leading the development of the society, could this company be prosperous all the time. Take the well known Apple company as example, in last century’s eighty and ninety decades, the company’s turnover was at a very low level. Not until Mr. Jobs invested billions of dollars in promotion and designed the
advertisement words “think different”, customers reorganized the apple company. More important is, it waked up its stuffs’ working energy and this radical idea of changing to be different created a strong and never falling back Apple empire. Many people even see apple as a belief, behind this we could see what people looking for is it’s hiding concept of “think different”. One consultant company in Boston made an
investigation in nine hundred and forty senior managers of various industries, there were twenty five percent of them thought Apple is the most innovative company.
At the end of my speech I want to say, in this high speedy developing times, only our mind catch up with this speed, could we master it indeed.

How did Jobs change our world
Steve Jobs was co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple Inc. he was co-founder and previously served as chief executive of Pixar Animation Studios, too. As a genius, he had vision, demanded perfection. He led a technological revolution and changed our lives in three aspects of achievements.
First, Jobs was regarded as a charismatic pioneer of the personal computer revolution.
Jobs imagined a machine for people, and he sensed he was the man to make it happen. He co-founded Apple Computer Company in 1976. Apple I was the first personal computer that a non-technically oriented human being could use. An apple computer was the luxury desired in many people’s mind in that time.
Second, Jobs was regarded as the founder of animated movie. 1995, audiences across America are lining up for a ground-breaking movie that will change the film industry forever. Toy Story. The world is the very first release from a small unconventional film studio called Pixar with Jobs. Since then, Pixar has won 15 Academy Awards, while producing four of the most successful animated movies of all-time. Perhaps Jobs is greatest contribution to animated movie.
Last but not the least, Jobs was regarded as a master–level designer of digital products. When he returned to be CEO of Apple from 2000, Jobs showed his ability again. 2001, Apple launch the iPod, which was not just a music player. It was a sculpture. He did give us an entire new way to listen to music, and he changed the entire music business. 2007, Apple launches the iPhone. He was about humanizing technology in a way that make it extraordinarily easy and was an absolutely joy and pleasure to use. The same case happened to iPad, from iPad1 to iPad 2, the vogue Tablet Personal Computer is becoming gradually the important part of the digital life.
All in all, Steven Jobs was an excellent businessman and inventor. He was a genius at marketing that it helped bring this whole category of device to the world. It's rare when someone can affect your life in such a personal way and you don't know them at all. Jobs did change our world.

The college students I see are eagerly learning about how to live independently. We help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.
The cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. But again, the cynics are wrong. We care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth. Last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood type tested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.
As college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. We all face a fundamental choice: cynicism or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of our country. I believe in all my fellow classmates. Though we are still inexperienced and even a little bit childish. I believe that we have the courage and faith to meet any challenge and take on our responsibilities. We are preparing to assume new responsibilities and tasks, and to use the education we have received to make our world a better place. I believe in our future.

Three year ago, I weighed more than 100 hundred kilograms which caused significant embarrassment and frustration in my life. Like always failing my P.E examinations, like always being laughed at by girls, like being terrified to speak in public. It was my gr
andmother‘s encouragement that revived from my passive attitude to become confident in myself. She said ― My dear, if you can‘t change you figure, why not treat it as your own style. The East and the West, Let‘s enjoy the combination of the two cultures?
Kipling said:―East is east, and west is west, and never the twain shall meet!‖ But now, a century later, they have met.
They have met in business. They have met in education. They have met in the arts. Some people will argue that these meetings will leave us with a choice between east and west, but I believe that the best future lies in the creative combination of both worlds. We can make western ideas, customs and technology our own, and adapt them to our own use. We can enjoy the best of both worlds, because our tradition is, above all, one of selecting the best and making it our own.
I love Beijing and Hennan opera because it always reminds me of who I am. But I am also a fan of pop music, especially English songs. So I have combined eastern melody with western language. It is called western henna opera.
When two cultures meet, there may be things in one culture, which do not fit into the tradition of the other. When this happens, we need to learn to understand and respect the customs of another culture. Then there are certain things some people may not like. To this, I will say, if you do not like it, please try to tolerate it. To learn to tolerate what you personally don‘t like is a great virtue at a time when different cultures mix and merge. Before us, there are two rivers, eastern and western cultures. At present, they may run in different courses. But eventually, they will converge into the vast sea of human culture.

Who was the most well-known figure in China last month? It‘s Ma JiaJue—the college student who murdered 4 of his roommates. Many people attributed his crime to his poverty and deficient education. In my opinion, his crime also has much to do with his classmates‘ indifference.
Indifference is a terrible disease in today‘s colleges and the whole society. It‘s not rare that two students who have studied together for 4 years have never spoken to each other. It‘s not rare that a student who has been absent from class for several days is not noticed at all. It‘s also not rare that a student who has severe psychological problems is not cared about at all.
