教学过程:

Warm up ( 热身)

活动一:唱一唱

(1)教师播放歌曲Animals, Animals Are Everywhere, 学生听录音进行表演唱。 活动二:滚雪球

(1)教师出示Let’s learn A, B部分的图片,让学生做问答练习:What is it doing? It’s… What are the …doing? They are..

(2)教师请一名学生用一句话叙述图片内容,第二名学生要在此基础上再加一句。如:The tiger is running. The pandas are climbing.依次类推。可以分小组进行。

2、Presentation (新课呈现)

活动三:试一试

(1)教师出示let’s learn A, B部分的单词卡,让学生拼读单词,并用动作表示出中文意思。

(2)让学生看书,听录音完成Listen and tick。

(3)教师核对答案。

(4)让学生模仿录音,做问答练习。

活动四:情景对话

(1)教师让学生听Let’s talk部分的录音并回答问题:What are the elephants doing? What are the monkeys doing? 学生回答问题后,教师再分别指着猴子和大象问:What are they doing? 让学生回答:They are…

(2)教师播放录音,让学生跟读对话。

(3)教师把B部分Let’s learn, Let’s try 和Let’s talk中的图片结合起来,出示给学生看。让学生两人一组做对话练习。

(4)让学生展示他们所做的对话。

活动五:说一说

(1)教师给学生出示一些有关人们在做事情的图片,让学生做问答练习What are they doing? They are watching TV/sing/dancing/walking/running…。

(2)让学生看本单元的主情景图,朗读图中的句子并分角色表演。

3、Let’s play ( 趣味操练 )

活动六:寻宝

(1)教师课前在教室里藏好一些动物和人物的图片。

(2)给全班学生一分钟时间寻找。

(3)请找到图片的学生根据图片上的人物或动物正在做的动作表演对话。 活动七:猜一猜

(1)教师一只手拿一张图片,另一只手用白纸遮住图片,一边慢慢抽动白纸,一边问:What are the…s doing? 学生用They are…猜图片中的内容。

(2)猜对的学生上台主持游戏。

(3)教师也可以在白纸上剪几个圆洞盖在图片上,慢慢移动白纸的位置让学生猜白纸下面图片的内容。

(4)也可以分组利用词卡做该游戏。

句型转换:

⒈ 肯定句→一般疑问句:把be动词(am/is/are)调到句首,第一、二人称互换:

第一、二人称:I’m drawing pictures. Are you drawing pictures? (Yes, I am. / No,

I am not.)

第三人称:Amy is doing homework. Is Amy doing homework? (Yes, she is. / No,

she isn’t.)

【当第三人称是男性,回答时用he代替;是女性,则用she代替 ,若是复数

则用they】

⒉ 肯定句→否定句:在be动词(am/is/are)后+ not :

I am doing my homework. → I am not doing my homework.

He is listening to music. → He isn’t listening to music. ( isn’t = is not )

⒊ 划线提问:

⑴ I am drawing pictures. → What are you doing?

⑵ Amy is writing a letter in the study. → What is Amy doing in the study? → Who is Amy doing in the study?

→ Where is Amy drawing pictures?

知识延伸:

⒈电话用语:

⑴介绍自己是谁时,可以用:“It is∕This is + 自己名字”。一定不能用“My name

is…”

⑵询问对方是谁时,可以用“Who is that?”来提问,一定不能用“Who are you?”

⑶要找某人时,可以说:“Can I speak to + 要找的人”

⑷要告诉别人接电话时,可以说:“There is a call for you.”

⑸要别人稍等时,可以说:“Hold on please.”

一、教学分析

1、内容分析

本单元内容主要围绕着家里各种活动而展开,此话题贴近学生的生活,有较强的实践操作性,在设计课文学习步骤时,需紧贴书本内容,以“活动”为话题展开学习。本课时主要学习主语为第三人称单数时,现在进行时的句子的表达,主要表现在听、说、读、写与运用。另外,本课时是对话语篇教学, 教师应在教学过程中培养学生的阅读技巧。

2、学情分析

本课时是单元的最后一课时,对于本节课对话中出现的词汇以及现在进行时态,学生在前面的课时已经掌握,对于五年级的学生而言,新词汇和句型的掌握既是课堂的的重点,更是语言运用的基础,除此外,更应体现语言功能的运用。这节课,主要是学习在电话用语中运用现在进行时进行询问交流,难点体现在学生如何在实际情景中实现语言的交际,以及运用进行时结构进行阅读和写作。

3、教学目标

(1)能听、说、读、写本课句型:Grandpa is writing a letter.Brother is doing homework.Mom is cooking dinner in the kitchen.He’s writing an e-mail in the study.

(3)理解文本,并能运用电话用语进行情景交流。

4、教学策略

这节课,老师不但要教会学生知识点和培养学生语言的技能,还应善于在课堂上抓住学生的学习动机,利用小组合作学习,为学生进行学习策略指导。本节课以谈论“电话内容”为契机,从而展开内容的学习,重点是现在进行时句型的听、说、读、写。在新知识呈现时,教师可实施“听说法”和“交际法”,让学生在聆听中学习新知How’s everybody doing?,再进行新知识的输出反馈,从而提高学生接受新知识的效率。 在阅读教学,充分让学生听、说、读、写去接触阅读内容,通过发现问题—提出问题—解决问题的途径,运用小组合作交流学习的手段,由浅入深进行学习,从更好地为写作环节的输出做了铺垫。

本课时阅读篇章难度不大,教师在教学设计中,语言点的运用和拓展是重点,通过拓展语用,达到让学生多层次提升能力的目的。看图写话环节教师可放手让学生组内进行,引导学生进行提问,激发学生学习的积极主动性。
