Sports benefit us in many respects. When taking part in sports, we get the chance to train almost all parts of our bodies. There is no doubt that proper sports activities keep our physical fitness. Through participation, everyone can learn that on the playground he not only struggles for himself but also fights for his team. Sports teach us about consideration, cooperation and optimism to failure.
But sports can do some harm to those people who cannot plan their activities properly. Too hard training may hurt their bodies, exhaust their vigor, and even cause them to be sick.
In general, I love sports; enjoy sports. I feel that I not only gain a wellbalanced life through going in for sports, but also get more chances to move closer to nature. Sports add happiness to my everyday life when I perform in a decent way.

Jogging Is an Ideal Sport
That jogging is an ideal sport lies in the fact that it is a mild sport. Unlike some sports, such as football and cricket, during which one may easily get hurt, jogging is very safe and especially suitable for those who are not so robust, you may feel exhausted after running because the energy in your body is released too fast, but after jogging you will just feel OK.
Another reason for jogging being an ideal sport is that it has no limit of time or space. You can jog whenever and wherever you want. If it is raining outside, jogging can even be done in a spacious room. How long it lasts depends on your will. So you are less like to be influenced by such factors as time, weather and space when you are jogging.
Last but not least, jogging is a cheap and convenient sport. It is cheap because no extra apparatus is needed, so you can get exercise without spending a penny. It is convenient, for jogging can be done whenever and wherever you want, and it can be done by oneself. In a word, jogging is such an ideal sport that I would like to recommend it to everyone.
Good Health
The desire for good health is universal. It is the basis of happiness, wealth and success. A person can hardly always be energetic and enjoy his life. Those who are poor in health often feel sad. A weak sick man can hardly achieve much success in his career no matter what level of education he has received.
What should we do to maintain our health? First of all, we should keep a balanced diet. We should eat plenty of vegetables and fruits, not too much meat and little animal fat. Secondly, regular physical exercise is essential for a healthy mind and body. One can keep fit by taking part in sports activities that fit him. Jogging, running, and swimming are all good exercises. Finally, enough sleep is also important. A tired person will recover soon after a sleep.
As for me, one of my ways to keep fit is to keep a regular lifestyle. I get up early in the morning and go to bed before 11 o’clock. I also take a nap at noon.

Balanced diet, regular eating habits, water, enough sleep, exercise and good mood can help us maintain good health in college.
Firstly, college students should eat a balanced diet and maintain regular eating habits.
1、We must lay emphasis on regular eating habits. A lot of college students always don’t know the importance of regular eating habits. Students often forget their breakfast or dinner without their parents’ reminding them when they are engaging in their study or other things. Sometimes, they don’t have enough time to have their breakfast just because they got up too late to have enough time to have their breakfast. Some of them neglect the importance of breakfast. If we insist on not keeping regular eating habits, there will not have enough nutrition to supply to our body, then our stomach will suffer some indisposition and our health will be damaged. Do not eliminate certain foods. Because our bodies require diverse nutrition, it’s a bad idea to eliminate all salt, fat, and sugar from our diets, unless told to do so by a medical professional. It is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins and they help in the process of digestion. But you shouldn't drink coffee or tea before sleep, and you shouldn't eat too much candy and cake. If you drink coffee or tea before you go to bed, you can’t get a good sleep because coffee and tea can keep your mind busy and affect you sleeping quality. What’s more, you should eat moderate portions. If you keep portion sizes moderate and reasonable, it is easier to eat what you want, and maintain a healthy and balanced
diet. What’s a moderate portion? A medium-sized piece of fruit is one serving. A cup of pasta equates to 2 servings and a pint of ice cream contains 4 servings.
As a girl, I should have loved sugar, candy and chocolate etc. those sweet refined delicious high calorie. However I don’t like those foods, what I like are those high nutritious and low-calorie foods, like vegetables, fruit, eggs,milk,and coarse grain. What’s more, I always keep a moderate portion on every meal, not too little or not too much. With balanced diet and regular eating habit, I’m healthy and beautiful in physical and psychological.

dehydration. Keep a fresh water bottle handy with you at all times. Generally, eight glasses of water are recommended but if you are prone to work under the sun or an alcoholic then you certainly need more of water. Every morning, I have to drink 2 cups of water, or I will feel very thirsty and sick, let alone the moment of a whole day I drink. To me, water is more important than any other drink, it’s the most delicious drink.
Secondly, you must get enough sleep. Many people do not understand how
important rest is for their bodies. While your health program of diet and exercise will undoubtedly put you into the fast lane to good health, sleep is also a vital part of the health program as well. Not getting an adequate amount of sleep can cause
tiredness throughout the day and even slow down your metabolism. It is perfectly all right that you have to work harder for your assignments and weekly tests. This calls for skipping a lot of sleep. But that is no way to stay healthy or achieve success. You cannot compromise with your health. Avoid waking up late nights and take plenty of sleep to stay fresh for the rest of the day. Do not watch many films or other TV programs, or do not play exciting net games before you go to bed. Keep a tranquil mood in the night can help get a good quality sleep. You must learn to have effective sleep. Keeping a regular sleeping habit, sleeping early regularly in the evening, getting up early regularly in the morning.
