As we know, sports are good for our health. I love sports very much. My favorite sport is Body-Pump. I fall in love with it the first time I touch it. Body-Pump is the most popular item in Les Mills movement.
I start do Body-Pump one years ago with my workmate. She told me it can help me become strong and healthy. I usually do Body-pump at Hosa Gym. At first I do it once a week, but my coach said it’s no effect on me. So now I do it three or four times a week.
In my opinion, do some sports can make us be health . After I go to gym, I feel I full of power everyday. And do sports make me more confident.

Choosing a job
How to choose a job? I think everyone has their own ideas. Some people will choose a highly-paid job; some people will choose a cushy job; some people will choose a job which interested in it. As for me, I am the last one.
As a medical student, when I choose a job, firstly I will consider my major and interest. It must comply with my major and interest. Secondly, the distance between the place I work in and my home is also important. So I can be more convenient to go home to accompany the family. Last and not the least, holiday I may have is also under my consideration. I can travel with my family on holidays.
In my opinion, Maybe the job I choose is low-paid, and not easy. But, so long as it is suitable for me, I will choose it.

Health or Wealth?
Which is more important, health or wealth? when given this question, different people have varied answers. Some insist that health plays a more important role in our life, while others see more advantages arising from wealth.
The first group of people quote the old saying “health is above wealth” to prove their idea. They argue that, on the one hand, a strong person can do almost anything as long as he/she tries hard. on the other hand, however, rich people will not be able to enjoy the wealth if their days are numbered,in contrast, the advocates of wealth have such arguments as follows. For one thing, wealthy people will be able to buy more healthful foods. For another, they can enjoy better facilities to improve their health. As far as I am concerned, both health and wealth are important to our life. We should try to strike a balance between them and gain wealth with a healthy body.

In a modern city, there are many means of transportation, such as subway, taxi, bus and so on .But my favorite means of transportation is by bike.
First, riding a bike is good for keeping healthy. I spend one hour riding a bike to my office on my working day, and I think it is a good form of physical exercise .Secondly, it is money-saving .Recently, the private car drivers always complain the price of gas is higher and higher, but if you ride a bike, it will cost you nothing. Thirdly, it is beneficial for protecting the environment, so it is a “green”form of transportation. Therefore, although it has some disadvantages, I like riding a bike best.
