篇一:《2016上海一模作文奉贤 青浦 金山 黄浦 宝山》
奉贤区
Growing up is not always easy. As a senior high school student, we have to study hard and get well prepared for the future’s task. In my opinion, a senior school student should have the ability to face difficulties bravely and never give up in the process of growing up.
Everyone knows the name of Bill Gates. The story that he dropped out of Harvard to start Microsoft is now a legendary. In the process of realizing his dream, he never said no but tried his best to persist in what he desired to do.That’s why he has succeeded and become a successful businessman.
From Bill Gates’ story, we know if we give up easily when we face difficulties, there is no possibility of our achieving the goal. In our life, we can hardly avoid challenges, so we can say overcoming difficulties has become an important part of our life. In order to contribute more to the prosperity of our country , we should now take every chance to face the challenges bravely rather than escape from them.

School Is Not Enough for Students to Learn
Recently, a topic has caught the attention of our class: Are students learning enough in school? My answer is no.
School is very important to every child, however, we cannot attach too much emphasis to the classroom-learning. With the development of our society, the campus should no longer be an “Ivory Tower”. A student, however intelligent, will not be admitted to the society without going outside to get in touch with the real world. Students should acquire knowledge not only from books, but also from the world around us. I hold the view that joining in social activities benefits us in many ways. They can serve as a bridge between theory and practice. They help us know the society well so that we can adapt to it early when we graduate.
In a word, school is not enough for students to learn. To prepare ourselves for the future, we should go around, see the world and learn new things as much as we can.

Idol in my heart
I think that an idol doesn’t have to be someone who saves the whole world or becomes a government leader, but he or she sets a good example for every one of us to follow. My personal idol is Martine Luther King. As known to all, he spent his whole life into fighting for the rights of the black people in the USA. As far as I’m concerned, it is very valuable for us to learn from him and look upon serving the people as the greatest happiness.
As an ordinary student without great talents, maybe I won’t be a great man like Martine Luther King. However I’m determined to put the interests of the people before everything else. My view of life is to serve the people heart and soul. With teacher’s help I’ve done a lot of useful things on the campus. I am also active in taking part in social activities and have achieved some success.
It is true that our future depends on many things, but through the painstaking efforts that each of us make, we are bound to earn a bright future in our hands.

Life Balance
As is known in the picture, whose title is LIFE BALANCE. A man should balance himself between two sides in his life. One side is about work&money, work&accounting, control&communication. While the other side is about home&family, meeting friends, travel and rest.
It is known to all that we obtain a lot from our material life, but at the same time also lose some valuable things during the process. In order to stay healthy and live a happy life, we should keep a good life balance.
First, it’s necessary for us to care for our family. We should remember how much we owe to our parents and do all we can to pay them back for their kindness. Secondly, meeting friends is a regular routine we should follow. Without friends we’ll feel lonely and get no help when meeting troubles.Thirdly, travelling does us a lot of good. By travelling, we can broaden our mind and also get some relaxation. Last but not least, rest is a way to renew our energy so that we can do our work with greater efficiency.
I think only when we keep a good balance of our life can we be wealthy, healthy and successful.

In 2015, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission stipulated that Shanghai high school students must accomplish at least 60 class hours of public service practice, which is a prerequisite for graduation. This policy has triggered a wide discussion and various reactions. Different people have different opinions. Personally speaking, this policy isn’t good to students.
First of all, students may be refused in a public service project. One of my classmates said that a group of students once applied for volunteer positions in a library and were refused. The library gave them the volunteer certificates directly and dismissed them. So sometimes there are obstacles that stop students from putting their enthusiasm into practice, and students can’t choose the public service they like to do. It seems that under some circumstances, high school student public service becomes a mere formality. Besides, the motive of the policy is to make students more engaged in social practice, but the goal is hard to achieve as long as the whole education system remains unchanged. Students have a lot of homework to do, and at weekends, most students will go to tutorial centers to have supplementary place. I think the time set of 60 hours is too long. It will even take up some of students’ study time, so it is

Gary and Gavin were twin brothers who worked in a department store owned by their father. After the father had passed away, they took over the store. Everything went well until the day a 100-dollar bill disappeared. Gary had left the bill on the cash register (收银机). But when he returned, the money was gone.
Gary then asked his brother Gavin, “Did you see that one-hundred-dollar bill on the cash register?” Gavin said that he had not. But Gary did not let it go and kept questioning. “100-dollar bills can"t get up and walk away by themselves! Surely you must have seen it.” There was complaint in Gary"s voice. Tempers began to rise and resentment (愤恨) grew. “I said I didn"t see it!” Gavin replied angrily.
The argument divided the young men and they could no longer work together. Later, a wall was built in the center of the store. For twenty years, resentment never ended.
One day, a strange man came to the store. He walked in and asked Gary, “How long have you been here?” Gary replied that he"d been there all his life. “Then you are the person I"m looking for, since I must something to you,” the man said. “Twenty years ago, I was totally broken and hungry.
