With the rapid development of society, mankind has entered a throw-away society. We can find metal tins, plastic bags and all kinds of packages thrown away everywhere. There are a growing number of people who begin to realize the seriousness of this issue. In this article, I will discuss the causes for the phenomenon and provide some possible solution to it.
There are some causes for this issue. Firstly, with the scientific and technological development, new products debut on the market every day. Some people will throw away the old products like TV, computers, washing machines and some other electric appliances and purchase new ones. As a result, the thrown-away products will cause serious pollution to the environment.
Secondly, people in the current society lack adequate awareness of environment protection. There is growing tendency nowadays for people to produce much more garbage than before。 Some people hold an opinion that this leads to a throw－away society， for too many plastic bags and rubbish that can not fully dispose of threaten to overwhelm us。 Personally， I agree with this opinion for the following reasons。

We have to admit that, comparatively speaking, our cities are not so clean and green as those in the developed countries.
There are not adequate trees, lawns and flower-beds in such big cities as Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai. We should make our cities greener by planting more trees, grass and flowers. A green environment can bring us pleasure, beauty and fresh air. Trees, lawns and flowers will make our cities more pleasing to both the eye and the mind, improve the weather conditions and provide fresh air, all of which will no doubt do us a lot of good.
I suggest that the whole city go all out every spring to plant new trees, build new lawns in and around the city, and everyone should take care of and protect the trees, lawns and flowers, and educate the children to love them. The Water Cycle(水的循环)
Water can change from one form to another. The heat of the sun evaporates water from the oceans, seas, rivers and lakes. The heat also evaporates water from the ground and from plants and animals. Water vapour is formed. This forms clouds in the air.
When the clouds come near a mountain, they are forced to rise. As the clouds rise, they are cooled. The higher they rise, the more they are cooled. This causes more and more water vapour to condense. In this way, the tiny drops of water in the clouds get bigger and bigger until they are heavy enough to fall to the earth as rain.
Some rain water which falls on the earth is again evaporated. Some of it sinks into the ground. It may be used up by thirsty plants. It may reach a well or a spring. Most of the water goes back to the rivers, seas and oceans. This process then starts all over again. This process is called the water cycle.{关于城市污染的作文}.

As the world is getting more densely populated, pollution presents a severe problem. More people make more waste. All this waste is polluting our surroundings.
Pollution has a bad influence on our life. The air is polluted by the smoke and fog coming out of the factory chimneys. Plants die for want of fresh air. The river is polluted and the fish are unfit to live. There is noise pollution made by cars and factories, etc, which hurts the ear.
It is high time we did something about pollution. I suggest more trees be planted to keep the air fresh. We should purify the water and make use of the wastes and turn harm into good.

近年来，随着地区经济的迅猛发展，环境污染问题也越来越严重，防止环境污染，保护环境，维持生态平衡，已经成为社会发展的一项重要举措，也是每个公民应尽的义务!
以下是我经过一周的调查，汇总出来而且又是我们常见到的（1）：
1.公共厕所排除的粪便散发出的一些难闻的臭味。让人觉得恶心，忍不住想吐。
2.工厂所排除的废水又黑又臭。
3.有一些人，总喜欢把稻草，没有豆的豆荚放在炉子里烧，虽然可以烧成一片灰烬，但是弄得家家户户全都是灰。
4.公园的草坪上常有游人丢弃的垃圾，既不卫生，又影响市容。 调查结果（2）：造成环境污染的污染物。废水、废弃、粪便、腐肉、熟料袋、木块……
这些调查结果让人触目惊心，可见，环境质量与我们的生活密切相关。保护环境卫生应该从我做起，从现在做起：不随地吐痰，不乱扔垃圾，拒绝使用一次性木筷子，废弃电池和熟料袋要处理好，多植树造林，不践踏草坪，不污染水源。保护环境，我们责无旁贷！

急匆匆行走的人们，我的心里就十分着急。为了改变这种状况，我打算给空气洗洗澡。 我拿出第一件武器——雨水。大家都知道雨水的作用可是非常的大啊，它不但可以灌溉庄稼，而且还可以清洗空气。我将让所有的城市都经历一次暴雨的洗礼，不用太长的时间，也就两个小时吧。在这两个小时里，雨水将彻底地洗掉空气中的灰尘。当雨过天晴之后，我们就可以沐浴着温暖的阳光，呼吸着新鲜的空气，快乐地在公园里散步啦。 如果这一招不好使，那么我就使用第二个武器——风。人家都知道，风不但可以发电，而且还可以传播物种。其实，它还可以给空气洗澡。我将刮起五级的大风，把空气中的灰尘都吹跑，这样我们周围的空气就会变得清新干净，人们就可以大口大口地品尝干净空气的味道啦。 假如空气还是不能变好，那我就只好拿出撒手铜——我将用树木这个巨大的吸尘器给空气洗澡。当然这是需要一定时间的，因为现在的树木资源是有限的，还不能立刻起到净化空气的作用。不过，也不用着急，我将利用太空物种种植一大批速成的树木，也许仅仅只要一年的时间，
