阅读下面的材料，根据要求写一篇不少于800字的文章。

1、大学生突围{关于求职的作文}.
现在我们国家铺天盖地都是大学生，按说有了较高的科学文化素养自然会有更好的前途和更好的岗位，但事实却并非如此。
中国有很多大学生刚毕业就面临失业的难题，这一方面是因为大学生太多而岗位有限，导致供大于求，另一方面就是大学生自己的原因了，内因也是最根本的原因。

3、 能力重于学历

两个大学生拥有高文凭的确证明了他们的书本知识很丰富，理论研究很丰富。但与能力突出、实力卓越的农妇相比，这两张大学文凭柳絮轻飘飘的，不能在面试官心中留下足够的分量。这不是知识无用的表现，而是学历在能力面前的让步。
