英文的信封格式

1.书写格式

(1)寄件人地址姓名应写在信封左上角。

(2)收件人地址姓名应写在信封右下角。

(3)用法文、英文书写时,按姓名、地名、国名逐行顺序填写,地名、国名用大写字母书写。 。

(4)用中文书写时,按国名、地名、姓名逐行顺序填写。

(5)用法文或英文书写以外的文字书写时,寄达国国名和地名应用中文或法文、英文(字母要大写)加注。寄件人名址如只用中文书写时,必须用法文、英文或寄达国通晓的文字加注我国国名和地名。

(6)寄往日本、韩国以及港、澳地区的特快邮件封面收、寄件人名址可以用中文书写。

2.信封要求

(1)不准使用旧信封或废旧纸张和有字纸张制成的信封装寄。

(2)信件应装入标准信封内,并将封口粘固。

(3)如用透明窗信封装寄,透明窗必须是长方形的,其长的一边应和信封长的一边平行。信件应适当折叠,使其在信封内有所移动时,收件人的姓名地址仍能通过透明窗清晰露出。

(4)透明窗应该用在灯光下不反光的透明纸制成的姓名地址仍能通过透明窗清晰露出。

****表示序数词,比如1st、2nd、3rd、4th……如果不会,就用No. ***代替,或者直接填数字吧!另外有一些***里之类难翻译的东西,就直接写拼音*** 。而***东(南、西、北)路,直接用拼音也行,你可以写成:*** East(South、West、North) Road也行。还有,如果地方不够可以将2栋3088室写成:2-3088。

一、英文信封的写法

1、在信封的左上角写「寄信人」的名字和住址。

2、在信封的中间或右下角偏左的地方写「收信人」的名字和住址。

3、寄信人不自称Mr.、Mrs.或Miss,但是在收信人的姓名前则必须加上尊称Mr.、Mrs.或Miss以示礼貌。

4、住址的写法与中文相反;英文住址原则上是由小至大,如必须先写门牌号码、街路名称,再写城市、省(州)和邮政区号,最后一行则写上国家的名称。

5、在信封的右上角贴上邮票。

6、信封上的邮政区号(zip code),在美国州名之后以五位数阿拉伯数字表示,前三位数代表州或都市,后两位数表示邮区,至于邮政区号10027的念法是one double o two seven。

7、住址中常用字:有简写的多用简写: 楼 F(e.g. 2F) 巷 Lane ( e.g. Lane 194) 段 Section;Sec. (e.g. Sec.Ⅱ ) 弄 Alley (e.g. Alley 6) 路 Road;Rd.( e.g. Chunghua Rd.) 街 Street;St.(e.g. Yangkwang St.)
