可我呀，却正好是真真正正的慢性子。我做什么都慢：做作业慢、吃饭慢、跑步慢，就连反应也慢(迟钝)!好像这“慢先生”就喜欢和我做朋友似的，因此，我挨了不少批评。你听，“开开，快点儿，都10点了人家都睡着了!”这不，妈妈又开始催我了。“马上就做完了。”我硬着头皮，捏紧笔，想加快速度，可“速度”这小顽皮却偏偏不听我的指示，仍然我行我素。唉!我啥事能加快速度呀?于是，我便收集了许多有关时间的名言警句：一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴;光阴似箭，日月如梭;时间就是生命……但是，我的效率还是那么低。(仅仅是收集名言，没去感悟，同样没作用。)记得有一次早晨，我6:30就起床了。不紧不慢地穿衣服、刷牙洗脸后，我来到楼下吃饭。不知吃了多久，我看了看闹钟，啊!时间早就到了，我扔下勺子，跑了下去。结果被司机骂了一场，到学校时已经迟到了，教室里同学们早已开始英语朗读了，所以又被老师叫出去罚站。唉!那一天可真惨呀，谁叫我速度慢呢?(讲述一次因“慢速度”而带来的教训。)
时间就是生命;时间就是万能的;时间就是金钱所买不到的，所以时间是无价之宝!我们难道不应该节省时间来做更多有意义的事吗?(从“事”到“启示”也太快了吧，让读者都有些难以置信了)
