Dad: I have to go out to work in a few days.
Mum: Oh! I know.

听花开的声音
花开有声音吗?有的,听,它在向你诉说着什么。
我曾去过乡下一个温室,专门培育奇异的花朵。温室的主人在花开之际邀我过去。记得刚进温室的那一刻,眼幕顷刻间挤满了各样的颜色,颇有目不暇接的感觉。温室中四溢的香味更是令人昏眩,而且嘈杂,是的,在一个没有人说话的情况下。那来的声音?是那欢腾的蜂蝶,在花开之际的特殊客人在热闹着,那便是花开的声音。再仔细听,各异的扭动着的花也在庆祝,祝贺自己开花,骄傲无比:“快来看呐,我开花了!”我内心赞赏着这“奢华”的美,听着花开的声音,我原想在这曼妙的温室中多呆一会,可没想到,耳膜竟受不了花儿们竞相争艳的声音,赶紧离开,前脚跨出的一刻,好像还听到花儿们尖叫着留客的声音,颇有青楼的意味,赶紧离开。
这便是花开的声音吗?不,还有一种声音,十分微弱,却直击心灵软肋。 去年,是汶川的地震,死伤无数,一个个冰冷的数字令人泪止不住,生命就这样被大自然轻松地扼杀?无数个镜头心痛又无奈地被指向狼藉的废墟,可其中一个镜头,拍到了不一样的东西———一朵花,它本该拍向消防官兵的,可它拍下了一朵花。那朵花很小,在庞大的废墟中无力挣扎着,我 是这样想的。但镜头接近,我的心猛得一颤,它在开放!开得那么宁静,无蜂无蝶,却感觉心灵如滚石般辗过。这里为什么?它在诉说,声音不大,却刚劲有力,一次比一次更坚定地反复诉说一句话:“生命是不竭的,是不会言败的”。这是它花开的心声。

《倾听花开的声音》方法总结
在没看过《倾听花开的声音》之前,我基本是凭着平时的培训、师傅的带领、及同事们之间的谈论总结来进行的教学,以为会很全面了,结果在看过秦克波《倾听花开的声音》后我才发现,我存在很多问题,有些是我平时没在意或者说是做的不好的地方。
现在总结一些比较基础和最常用的教学方法。
新学期开学:
(1)重在调座位上,基本原则除了按照个头矮在前高在后,还要兼顾男女生交叉坐、视力差靠前、性格上动静搭配坐、成绩优弱搭配、班干部和群众搭配坐。
(2)表扬假期作业认真完成的孩子。
(3)选出班干部和习惯的规范等。
教学中:
(1)先让孩子批改作业(要求:有批语、有署名、修改错误),师再来批改。着这个做法不仅提高了孩子的积极性,还能培养孩子的认真习惯。
(2)在班干部管理其他孩子上面老师不仅要做到公平,还要化解班干部和孩子之间的矛盾,不仅让犯错的孩子能吸取教训,还要增加班干部的工作经验。(办法:让全体同学发表意见,1.集思广益;2.培养主人翁的精神;3.增加习作素材;4.因为扰乱了教学秩序,所以要把握好时间,最好在5分钟左右。)
班级的管理向着民主化、法制化和自动化,这样更能处理好学生之间和老师之间的关系。
(3)人手一本纠错本,让学生坚持每天把语文作业上错误记录下来。 (方法:记录出现3次同样错误的的知识点,不写出正确答案,但是要记在心里,不定期的同桌交换查阅,相互解答。组长随时进行发问,过关可以删除错误知识点。)
这个方法要在中段才开始施行,能长期坚持下来是很不容易的。养成这个习惯对孩子以后帮助很大,但是要及时的表扬做的好的同学。
(4)作业的细节上要严厉要求。
(方法:1.坐姿要达到三个一;2.作业本的平整度;3.作业书写的工整,写错后擦拭错误必须干净;4.连线必须用尺子;5.有括号的答题必须括号正中间;6.完成作业先自我检查在同桌检查,最后上交;7.明确规定交作业的时间。)
这些刚开始会遇到一些困难,但是只要养成这个好习惯,以后会轻松很多,而且让孩子明白什么是原则和规定。
秦克波老师的方法还有很多很多,要细说还真是很难说完。以日志的形式展现了他在遇到不同问题时的处理方法,很多都是他多年经验的总结,处理方法上不仅饱满,而且很得当。他,是一位坚持目标,心揣梦想,脚踏实地的践行者,值得我学习和深思。

2008年5月12日下午2:28,我和其他同学如平常一样,坐在教室上课。 突然,一阵剧烈的晃动,天旋地转,我还没意识到发生了什么。讲台上的老师大叫一声“地震了,同学们快跑!”
这是老师对生的呼唤,所有人立刻像潮水一样冲出教室。整座教学楼开始崩塌,瓦片、砖头,纷纷落下。
老师在讲台前冷静地指挥着。我在房屋倒塌之前没能逃出去,也亲眼看着老师倒在了讲台下。
玻璃碎了,天花板塌了,我奔向墙角,钻到桌下,闭了眼,不敢再看这狰狞的世界,我感觉我正在去向另一个世界。
不知过了多久,声音小了,晃动也停下来了。我迷糊地睁开眼睛。眼前,只剩下碎石间里的一线天。
