In my point of view, the most important reason is that with people’s growing demand of free lives, more and more couples chose to divorce when they find they are no suitable for each other, instead of keeping their broken relation – which is normally chosen decades ago.

You never hear a recently divorced person say that the reason they got a divorce was because their spouse was an excellent communicator who was too trustworthy.

Needless to say, physical attraction is a very significant part of an intimate relationship. The reason most married couples ever got together because they were physically attracted to one another. After several years of marriage, it's not uncommon for one (or both) partners to stop taking care of their body like they did when they were single. Infidelity is one of the leading causes of divorce. It goes without being said that one major contributor to infidelity is a spouse who no longer seems physically attractive.

Children are wonderful and perfect and "a gift from God". The decision to create a child is arguably the most important choice many couples make.
All too often, after the honeymoon phase of marriage ends, couples attempt to rekindle this passion by creating children. Since children require so much time and money to raise properly, married couples will soon discover that they hardly have any time to themselves. Years go by and the couple realizes they've hardly spent anytime maintaining their marriage. Having look at the Boredom
It sounds simple, but there are some people in this world who are just not meant for the institution of marriage. These people were often called "free spirits" or "adventurers" throughout their lives. Those people, if one spouse in a relationship was "trapped" into the marriage, don't expect them to stick around forever. Sometimes people simply get bored and decide to make a change，and they divorced.
The last reason is – Personality Shift
An ideal marriage involves two people fully secure in who they are who have reached a point in their lives and where they simply wish to share themselves with another person. The majority of marriages do not meet these standards.
Instead, people marry too young before they've had a chance to explore life on their own and reach some conclusions for themselves. Eventually, people will gravitate toward their mind's who they really are.
One spouse will notice the other asking for more space and attempting to spend more time by themselves. Many-a-marriage have resulted in divorce following a significant change in values and personality from one participant.

In conclusion, the divorce rate is on the rise. And five reasons of it are lack of communication， significant changes in appearance, children problem, boredom and personality shift. 摘 要：离婚经济帮助制度是夫妻双方离婚时，生活宽裕的一方对生活困难的一方的经济救济。该制度设立的为了使得离婚时生活困难的人，可以得到配偶的经济帮助以便能够正常的生活。但是，通过这几年婚姻法实践中出现许多经济帮助制度中的帮助对象、适用条件、适用方法、帮助数额、变更和终止情形等问题，因此需要立法完善，以解决社会生活中很多问题。 关键词：离婚；经济帮助；帮助数额{关于离婚的作文}.

Abstract:Divorce financial assistance system is such a kind of divorce remedy system which is for the sake of respecting the couple’s personality independence and equality and devoting to protect the interests of the weak and for the purpose of achieving the balance of the damage and the relief effectively. That is to say, this system is the form that the law provides right relief and helps to the party whose right was damaged or at a time of hard economic times in the process of divorce. The initial purpose of the system is to make those living a hard life when divorces can get financial assistance from the original spouse so as to maintain normal life demand. However, from recent years’ judicial practice of the marriage law, it reveals that the financial assistance system still needs to standardize and perfect to solve more difficulties and hot issues in the judicial practice.

一、离婚和离婚的基本要求
离婚，是指配偶双方在生存期间依照法定的条件和程序解除婚姻关系的法律行为。其基本要求有四个方面：一是在时间上，离婚只能发生于配偶双方生存期间，如有一方死亡或被宣告死亡，则不存在离婚；二是在主体上，离婚只能由具有夫妻身份的男女双方自己行使。即只有夫妻才能提出离婚，任何人都不能对他人的婚姻关系提出离婚主张；三是离婚的前提，应该是有合法婚姻关系存在，非法同居关系，或以欺骗、弄虚作假等手段取得结婚证的无效婚姻，不能按离婚来解除；四是离婚必须符合法定离婚条件，履行法定的离婚程序，才能发生法律效力。
双方自愿离婚，在财产和子女抚养方面取得一致的意见，必须双方亲自到一方户口所在地的婚姻登记管理机关申请离婚登记。申请时，应持户口、身份证、所在单位或村民委员会、居民委员会出具的介绍信、离婚协议书、结婚证。婚姻登记机关依法对离婚申请进行审查，自受理之日起一个月内，对符合离婚条件的，应当予以登记，发给离婚证，注销结婚证，当事人从取得离婚证起解除夫妻关系。{关于离婚的作文}.
双方虽然自愿离婚，但因财产分割或子女抚养没有取得一致意见，或是男女一方提出离婚，可直接向被告方户口所在地或居住地人民法院提出离婚诉讼。法院对双方要经过调解，如调解无效，则以判决方式解决
二、法院审理离婚案件，如何认定感情确已破裂?
关于离婚条件.《婚姻法》有如下规定：
“第三十一条 男女双方自愿离婚的，准予离婚。双方必须到婚姻登记机关申请离婚。婚姻登记机关查明双方确实是自愿并对子女和财产问题已有适当处理时，发给离婚证。 第三十二条 男女一方要求离婚的，可由有关部门进行调解或直接向人民法院提出离婚诉讼。
人民法院审理离婚案件，应当进行调解；如感情确已破裂，调解无效，应准予离婚。 有下列情形之一，调解无效的，应准予离婚：
（一）重婚或有配偶者与他人同居的；
（二）实施家庭暴力或虐待、遗弃家庭成员的；
（三）有赌博、吸毒等恶习屡教不改的；
（四）因感情不和分居满二年的；
（五）其他导致夫妻感情破裂的情形。
一方被宣告失踪，另一方提出离婚诉讼的，应准予离婚。”
那么，如何认定感情破裂呢?
《关于人民法院审理离婚案件如何认定夫妻感情确已破裂的若干具体意见》的规定： 人民法院审理离婚案件，准予或不准离婚应以夫妻感情是否破裂作为区分的界限。判断夫妻感情是否确已破裂，应当从婚姻基础、婚后感情、离婚原因、夫妻关系的现状和有无和好的可能等方面综合分析。根据婚姻法的有关规定和审判实践经验，凡属下列情形之一的，视为夫妻感情确已破裂。一方坚决要求离婚，经调解无效，可依法判决准予离婚。
1．一方患有法定禁止结婚疾病的，或一方有生理缺陷，或其它原因不能发生性行为，且难以治愈的。
2．婚前缺乏了解，草率结婚，婚后未建立起夫妻感情，难以共同生活的。
3．婚前隐瞒了精神病，婚后经治不愈，或者婚前知道对方患有精神病而与其结婚，或
一方在夫妻共同生活期间患精神病，久治不愈的。{关于离婚的作文}.
4．一方欺骗对方，或者在结婚登记时弄虚作假，骗取《结婚证》的。
5．双方办理结婚登记后，未同居生活，无和好可能的。
6．包办、买卖婚姻、婚后一方随即提出离婚，或者虽共同生活多年，但确未建立起夫妻感情的。
7．因感情不和分居已满3年，确无和好可能的，或者经人民法院判决不准离婚后又分居满1年，互不履行夫妻义务的（此条与新婚姻法第32条二款四项规定不同，已不再适用－－编者说明）。
8．一方与他人通奸、非法同居，经教育仍无悔改表现，无过错一方起诉离婚，或者过错方起诉离婚，对方不同意离婚，经批评教育，处分，或在人民法院判决不准离婚后，过错方又起诉离婚，确无和好可能的。
9．一方重婚，对方提出离婚的。
10．一方好逸恶劳、有赌博等恶习，不履行家庭义务、屡教不改，夫妻难以共同生活的。
11．一方被依法判处长期徒刑，或其违法、犯罪行为严重伤害夫妻感情的。
12．一方下落不明满二年，对方起诉离婚，经公告查找确无下落的。
13．受对方的虐待、遗弃，或者受对方亲属虐待，或虐待对方亲属，经教育不改，另一方不谅解的。
14．因其他原因导致夫妻感情确已破裂的。
四、离婚财产分割
1、夫妻共同财产如何分割？
离婚不仅解除了夫妻间的身份关系，也终止了夫妻间的财产关系。因此，夫妻在离婚时，往往伴随着夫妻财产分割问题。夫妻离婚时，夫妻财产的分割主要是指对夫妻之间的共同财产进行分割。在夫妻财产的分割中，确定夫妻共同财产的范围以及如何分割夫妻财产是其中的关键问题。确定夫妻财产的范围，应分清夫妻个人财产、夫妻共同财产和家庭共同财产，既要保护婚姻关系中夫妻双方的利益，也要保护家庭关系中其他当事人的合法权益。任何人的财产权利都应当受到保护，不能受到侵害。在离婚时，法律规定的属于个人所有的财产和夫妻双方约定属于个人所有的财产应当属于夫妻个人，不能作为夫妻共同财产进行分割。家庭共有财产中属于夫妻共同所有的财产应当从家庭共有财产中分离出来。在离婚时，应进行分家析产。
关于夫妻个人财产，1980年《婚姻法》及司法解释无明确规定。现行《婚姻法》
第18条增加规定了法定的夫妻个人财产。第19条增加规定了夫妻双方约定属于个人所有的财产。第18条规定：“第十八条有下列情形之一的，为夫妻一方的财产：(1)一方的婚前财产；(2)一方因身体受到伤害获得的医疗费、残疾人生活补助费等费用；(3)遗嘱或赠与合同中确定只归夫或妻一方的财产；(4)一方专用的生活用品；(5)其他应当归一方的财产。”第19条规定：“夫妻可以约定婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产以及婚前财产归各自所有、共同所有或部分各自所有、部分共同所有。约定应当采用书面形式。没有约定或约定不明确的，适用本法第十七条、第十八条的规定。”
家庭共同财产包括夫妻共同财产、其他家庭成员的财产和全家共有的财产。属于其他家庭成员的财产，不能作为夫妻共同财产加以分割。属于家庭共有的财产，因离婚而离开
家庭的一方可以以共同共有中共有人的资格，分得其应有的份额。未成年子女通过继承、受赠及其他合法途径获得的财产，属于其本人所有，有离婚后负责抚养该子女的一方代为管理。
