国内某高校每间教室前面设置“手机收纳袋”，某大学拟实行“上课前所有同学交手机”措施，此举尚未实施便引发热议，支持者和反对者皆有。对此，我认为，校方的看似无奈之举实则体现了浓浓的人文情怀。
首先，不可否认，随着社会高速发展，人们对信息量的需求正迅速膨胀。手机作为一种沟通分享便利工具为人们所喜爱，尤其年轻人，更把它当作时尚之物而青睐有加。但手机是把双刃剑，大学生虽已成年，可自控力不强，往往会迷恋成瘾而深陷其中，给自己及他人身心造成伤害。君不见“低头族”玩手机成瘾而踏空坠桥身亡；君不见“低头族”过年盯屏抢红包而冷落了久未相见的亲人！这些事情历历在目，教训难道还不够深刻吗？校方拟实行“课前交手机”措施是其深察手机危患而谨慎行事的人文关怀的“他律”举动，我们怎能拒绝？
其次，高校作为人才聚集之地，是造就人才的工厂。大学生可以在高校优化已学知识，提升学业能力，学习将来立足社会本领。教室是学生
学习、教师教书育人的地方。学生若没有按规定上交手机而留滞身边，不仅可能本心受迷惑而误了自己课堂学习，还可能影响周围同学，甚至影响老师上课质量，是对尊师重道一种道德漠视。谭嗣同有言：“为学莫重于尊师”，康有为说：“师道既尊，学风自善”，“尊师重道”自古以来是中华民族优秀传统美德。一个尊师重道风气盛行的民族才是有希望的民族！可见，校方在制定规章制度、营造尊师重道氛围方面着实下了苦功夫，体现的正是对学生浓郁的人文情怀，我们能视而不见吗？
再者，国有国法，校亦有校规，“无规矩不成方圆”已成社会共识。诚然，大学生作为高智商群体，追求民主、自由自然可以理解。但是，自由和约束是对孪生兄弟。不能制约自己的人，
不能称之为自由的人。美国著名政治思想家塞缪尔·P·亨廷顿说过：“人类可以无自由而有秩序，但不能无秩序而自由”。每个社会公民只有遵纪守法，享公民应享之权利，尽公民应尽之义务，才能和谐相处，国家才能长治久安。学生课前自己上交手机，课后自由提取，校方拟实行的规定措施不正是给学生营造安定、自由、和谐的校园环境吗？对此，我们又何乐而不为？
也许有学生会说学校规定课前全部上交手机是对学生私有财物占有，对学生个人隐私的侵犯。的确，手机是学生私有物品，但校方并没有据为己有，而是要求上课前交手机，尊重学生隐私，给学生做“手机收纳袋”并标注数字序号和名字。校方的举措于情于理都是对学生满满的爱意。

让课堂充满获得感
“课前收手机”固然是培养学生自律的一种手段，但从教学规律而言，难免让人有“隔靴搔痒”的感觉。
大学时，有两位老师给我留下了深刻印象。一位是五十多岁的必修课老师，一位是大学刚毕业的选修课老师。前者上课基本上照本宣科。时间一长，不少学生便用看小说、睡觉甚至逃课的方式，来摆脱死气沉沉、让人无法“忍受”的课堂。后者则不同，既能引经据典，拓宽我们的知识视野；又能发挥年龄优势，用大家喜欢的教学方式上课，给我们端上了一道道生动有趣、引人入胜的“精神大餐”。上这位老师的课，总感觉时间过得太快。
“伐柯伐柯，其则不远”。要让“低头族”的目光从屏幕回到黑板，说到底，还是要让讲课质量更引人。作为老师，不断提升自身学识水平的同时，要紧跟时代发展，转变教学方式方法，让学生在课堂中有更多“获得感”。如此，“低头族”的问题就能迎刃而解。否则，“课前收手机”只会是治标不治本的短期之举。

在潜移默化中收心
“世界上最遥远的距离，是老师在讲课，而学生在看手机。”虽是段子，却道出了老师对学生课堂玩手机的无奈。多所大学不约而同地倡导“无手机课堂”，就是要让课堂里的年轻人，学会专心，学会自律。
对于自制力不强的学生来说，“课前收手机”是一种有效督促，改善的不仅仅是眼前的课堂效率，还有学习的态度和习惯。对于本身就热爱学习、珍惜课堂的学生来说，这一
举措也为他们创造了一种更好的学习生态，免除了因其他同学使用手机而带来的种种干扰和诱惑。上课是一件严肃的事，老师需在台上全身心地投入，学生也应在台下集中注意力，以课堂纪律约束自己。这既是对自己学习负责，也是对老师劳动的尊重。在这个意义上，“课前收手机”并非苛责学生，而是要帮助他们端正行为。
进一步而言，多数大学生正处于价值观的塑造期，很容易受到外界的影响。诱惑太多的一个结果，就是专注力的丧失。因此，“课前收手机”，表面看是学校的一种管理手段，实际上也是对学生的一项潜移默化的“收心”教育，值得肯定。

把自由建立在自律上
我是一名大学生。从个人经历来说，课堂上有时的确需用手机查点资料。但是，大部分情况下，上课用手机，并没有想象中的那么美好。且不说，自控力差的学生总是容易陷入“玩手机”的泥沼而无法自拔，即使是有一定自控力的学生，在利用手机查资料时，也很容易被各式各样的推送消息吸引过去。最终，弹指间就荒废掉一节课。可以说，能够真正用手机辅助课堂学习的地方还是有限的。
有人认为，“收手机”有悖学校自由的原则。其实，大学校园虽然崇尚自由，但崇尚的是自由的学术氛围，而不是纪律的自由散漫。学校是一个学习的地方，课堂上低头玩手机，不仅有违尊师重道的传统美德，也有违学生学习的本质。“没有堤岸，哪来江河？”建立在有约束基础上的自由，才是自由，否则就容易变质为放纵。
诚然，“课前收手机”或许治标不治本，但通过强制性引导后，将有助于改善课堂参与度低的问题。通过先治“标”，缓解病情，同时寻找病根，对症下药，循序渐进地治“本”，由表及里地实现药到病除，未尝不可。
