——良好的饮食习惯和健康(Good Eating Habits and Health) In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.
Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?
I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.
The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes.

健康饮食是我们健康成长不可缺少的前提。但为什么在人们生活水平的不断提高,家长对孩子的营养越来越重视的情况下,我们身边同学中营养过剩的“小胖墩”和营养不足的“小豆芽”竟还是越来越多。原因就是一些家长认为营养就是给孩子多吃鸡鸭鱼肉,孩子想吃什么就吃什么,想喝什么就喝什么,另一些家长则相反,认为孩子这也不能吃,那也不能吃,全然不顾孩子的生活特点。小学生时期是人生发育的高峰期,这一时期摄入的营养除了维护机体新陈代谢外,还得适量储存以保证继续生长发育的需求。一旦错过了这一重要时期,将会给身体发育和健康成长造成不可弥补的损失。所以,这个假期,我和爸爸妈妈对小学生不良健康饮食的现象,通过查阅资料、询问身边的同学和父母等方法进行了调查。
我发现现在的小学生偏食、挑食现象严重。有资料显示,80%小学生不喜欢吃蔬菜,50%小学生不喜欢喝牛奶,吃鸡蛋,85%小学生不吃一点肥肉,95%小学生喜欢吃肉类、巧克力、膨化食品,90%小学生吃的食品单一,每天10种都不到,在选择上口味是孩子们的首选,然后是颜色、形状,最后才是营养,一般是喜欢吃什么就吃什么。人们的饮食习惯不是与身俱来的,主要是由父母自幼培养的,现在小学生流行的偏食与挑食,实际是一种心理障碍,其根源在家庭。一些父母给孩子吃的食物单调,孩子长大后便会对未吃过的或不常吃的食物不喜欢,甚至厌恶。一些家长当着孩子的面说什么东西好吃,什么东西不好吃,这也影响孩子的心理行为,渐渐的孩子不良的饮食习惯就形成了。所以在这里,我给父母们提出一些建议:通过多种渠道对孩子进行饮食教育,要改变饮食观念:改变孩子喜欢吃什么为孩子应该吃什么。作为父母要以身作则,父母是孩子的第一位教师。每天坚持让孩子吃多种多营养食品,并不断添进孩子不喜欢吃的新食物让孩子试吃。做到营养均衡,打破营养不良,偏食的恶性循环。简单地说就是:一把蔬菜,一把豆,一个鸡蛋加点肉,每天一杯奶,杂粗天天有。
经过调查,好多同学喜欢吃“麦当劳”和“肯德基”。有资料显示,38%的小学生承认非常喜欢吃洋快餐,50%的小学生比较喜欢吃洋快餐,累计共有88%的
小学生喜欢洋快餐,不喜欢洋快餐的小学生仅有12%。调查中还发现,43.6%的孩子每月都吃“洋快餐”,其中“每周都吃几次”和“几乎每天都吃”的占有6.1%。节假日、庆祝生日、同学聚餐聚会,都是孩子们去吃洋快餐的理由。此外,年龄越小的孩子对洋快餐的喜爱程度越高,表示“非常非常喜欢洋快餐”的小学生有43.0%。为什么同学们对洋快餐如此“情有独钟”?认为洋快餐“好吃”,这是洋快餐最富吸引力的一点,小一点的同学更看重餐厅送出的玩具和礼物。现实生活中很多为人父母者用洋快餐来奖励孩子。节假日、孩子过生日或期末考了好成绩,父母往往喜欢带孩子去吃洋快餐,以此来庆祝或作为对孩子的奖励。一位母亲跟我说:“每到节假日或是孩子生日,我们就带他去吃麦当劳,孩子吃得开心,我们也高兴。”虽然很多人都知道洋快餐的营养成分并不合理,但还是对此钟爱有加。所以家长们要注意了:要让孩子对洋快餐的营养缺陷以及对身体健康可能造成的后果有清醒的认识。限制洋快餐的食用频率,可以让孩子品尝洋快餐,但不能将其作为日常膳食的一部分,不应经常吃、天天吃,更不能餐餐吃,半年偶尔光顾一次足够。注意食物品种的选择,应选择有蔬菜的品种,如蔬菜沙拉、粟米棒等,以补充维生素、矿物质和纤维素,不宜多吃含热量高的薯条、汉堡等油炸食品。不要把吃洋快餐当成是对孩子学习成绩好或别的方面的成就的奖励,以免孩子对洋快餐产生渴求心理。
我进一步调查发现,现在的人们普遍进餐速度过快,忽略就餐氛围。随着社会现代化进程的加剧,城市生活节奏越来越快,不仅成年人忙忙碌碌,连孩子们吃饭也在赶时间。有资料显示,小学生们普遍进餐过快,尤其是早餐和午餐。25%的孩子5分钟之内吃完早餐,15分钟以内吃完午餐;73%的小学生就餐时间不超过20分钟。只有晚餐可以稍微从容一些,但还有63%的小学生在20分钟内吃完晚饭。同时父母与孩子在一起吃饮的时间也越来越少,调查发现,一周内能每天与孩子区进晚餐的母亲占67.8%,父亲则只占41%。少年儿童进餐时间每顿饭最好不要少于20分钟。进餐过快,会使食物得不到充分咀嚼,不仅加重胃肠的消化负担,降低食物营养消化吸收的比例,而且也无法激起孩子们对饮食的兴趣。
进餐过快,还容易导致饮食过量,造成肥胖。另外,在进餐时间批评和指责孩子,往往会使孩子精神紧张,已经兴奋起来的消化腺也会受到抑制,使味觉神经系统的敏感度降低,消化液分泌大大减少,食欲降低,食物难以充分消化、吸收,造成消化不良,甚至会出现恶心、呕吐等一系列消化功能紊乱的症状。所以为了保证孩子的健康饮食,为了增加父母与子女的交流机会,为了增进亲子情感,我建议父母们尽量可能全家一起吃饭,至少每天一次;吃饭时不要看书或看电视,无论是孩子还是父母;吃饭时不要讨论过于复杂或令人扫兴的事情,不争吵、辩论或抱怨,家长也不要指责孩子,大家可以讲一些令人高兴的事情,回忆一天中愉快的经历,享受互相陪伴的感受;播放舒缓的音乐,舒缓的音乐有利于放松心情,创造温馨的氛围;细嚼慢咽,充分调动席间温馨祥和的浓郁氛围,以帮助消化。
