教学资源分为学校和教师个人两部分,每部分又分为静态和动态两项。

一、教师个人

动态资源包括教师个人空间、QQ群、论坛、博客、微博、微信等的参与和互动。

静态资源,包括以下内容:

1. 成长档案。将过去建立的纸质档案电子化。(到学校公共邮箱内下载表格)

2. 学生信息。分学年整理(上学年,到学校公共邮箱内下载总表)。

3. 业务学习。包括外出学习、课标学习、课改学习、网络摘要、继续教育、信息技术培训、学习心得等(上学期)。

4. 课堂教学资料。包括教学计划、教案、导学案、课件、说讲评课资料、专题讲座等(上学期)。

5. 教研活动资料。包括省、市、县、校、班级等各级各种教研活动资料。(上学期)

6. 视频。包括公开课、讲座、微型课以及优质课等的视频。(上学期)

7. 题库。包括单元检测、月考、期中、期末、试题积累(可以通过淘卷网组卷系统获得)等。(上学期)

摘 要:初中数学教学中的一项重要资源就是学生资源。因为,联系课内资源与课外资源的一个重要环节就是它——学生资源,所有的其他资源都是为学生资源服务的。学生资源包括学生的兴趣、学生之间的差异以及学生的知识和经验。将对初中数学教学中学生资源的开发与利用进行探讨,以期对初中数学教学有所帮助。

关键词:初中数学;学习兴趣;静态资源

一、进行学生意义构建的引导

在进行课堂教学的过程中,教师一方面要为学生讲解基本的公式和原理,另一方面要对学生进行鼓励,激励他们主动找出所学的数学知识同生活的关联点。以一次函数的教学为例,在教学过程中,教师可以通过教材中的例子对学生进行启发,让他们思考这样的问题是否在他们的身边也出现过。通过这样的资源利用,能够激发学生的兴趣,还能够使学生的知识运用能力得到提高。

二、为激发学生的学习兴趣,设计有意义的教学活动

初中生最大的一个心理特征就是好玩爱动,利用这一点,能够有效激发他们的学习兴趣。以“线段的长短比较”一课为例,教师可以设计一下教学活动:让学生进行身高的比较、木棍长短的比较等。而在复习体积的计算时,教师可以让学生准备各种不同类型的物体,在课堂上对这些物体进行体积的计算。

三、利用学生的静态资源

学生静态资源的利用可以分为两个方面:一个是对学生的成长经历进行了解,因为每个学生的成长经历都对他们当前的知识水平有很大影响,所以这是开发学生资源的一个重要方面。另一个是对学生的学习水平与风格进行分析。只有针对他们不同的学习水平和学习方法进行教学,才能有效提高他们的学习能力。与此同时,性格特点也是学生资源开发的一部分。

四、对学生的情感变化进行敏锐的观察

虽然理性思维是数学的一大特点,但是在数学学习过程中,学生们还是会产生一定的真实情感,这对教学效果有很大的影响。所以,在进行数学教学中,教师也要对学生的情感进行有效引导,对他们进行迎难而上、坚韧意志的培养。有了这样的心理素质,他们才更有可能走向成功。

Title: Unit 4 Where’s my schoolbag?

Students’ Book 1, Grade 7

Hello,distinguished teachers. Today my teaching lecture is about Section A in Unit4 of Students’divided into the analysis of teaching material, the analysis of students, teaching and learning methods, teaching procedures, blackboard design and teaching design reflection 6 parts. Now I’ll talk about them one by one.

Part 1 The analysis of teaching material(教材分析)

1. Contents and function of teaching material (教材内容、地位及其作用)

This unit is talking about things around the house. The topic is related to students’ daily life, so it can help to raise the students’ learning interest and improve their abilities of communication. And students will learn to talk about where the things are by listening and speaking. This will also enable the Ss to understand their home environment and love their homes. Section A is the basis of the unit. It also sets a foundation to the following study.

2. Three-dimensional teaching goals (三维教学目标)

(1) Knowledge goals

A. Master the pronunciation, meaning and spelling of the names of furniture

B. Master the key sentences “Where’s…?” It’s on/in/under…”

“Where’re…?” They are on/in/under…”

(2) Ability goals

A. Be able to talk about where the things are.

B. Improve students’ abilities of listening and communication

(3) Moral goals

A. Improve the students’ cooperative spirit through group work and pair work.

B. Enable the students’ to care more about their home environment, love their homes and

develop good habits

3. Teaching important points and difficult points (教学重难点)

Important points: Master the names of furniture and prepositions of in/on/under

Part 2 The analysis of students (学情分析)

Students in Grade 7 have a great interest and curiosity in English. But some of them haven’t learned English in primary school, their vocabularies are limited and they don’t often express themselves in English. Some Ss are not active in the class because they are afraid of making mistakes.

Part 3 Teaching and learning methods (教学法)

Teaching methods:

1. Task-based teaching method

2. Communicative teaching method

3. Multimedia teaching method

Learning methods:

1. Get the Ss to form good learning habits.

2. Learning in groups. Students learn to cooperate in a group and compete among groups.

3. Arrange some games to stimulate student s’ interest in learning the new lesson.

Part 4 Teaching procedures (教学过程)

In order to achieve the three dimensional teaching goals, I arrange warm up- presentation- practice- – play a game-consolidation and homework 6 steps.

Step 1 Warm up–revision

The teacher shows some school things and asks students what they are one by one to review the words in unit3.

(Purpose: To provide an relaxing English learning surrounding by reviewing learned knowledge, and it also sets a foundation for the following steps)

Step 2 Presentation

(1) The teacher shows a picture of new room. And ask the students “what do I need in my new

room?” .Help them speak out the names of furniture they know, and the group which speaks the most words will be praised.

(2) Present different pictures of furniture one by one, and learn the words in sentence “It is a…. ”

The teacher will correct their pronunciation and ask Ss to read the new words together.

(3) Guessing game

Present several different pictures in certain seconds and ask the students to guess what it is in the picture. Students who guess the most quickly will be praised.

(4) Work on 1a and check the answers.

(Purpose: To present the words one by one is much easier for the students to learn and grasp the meanings. proper competition and games can arouse the students’ interest in English learning)

Task two—-sentences

Task two is using intuitive method to teach prepositions.

(1) The teacher will prepare a box and a ping-pong ball. Put the ball on, in and under the box and

present the key sentences: “where’s my ball?” “It’s in/on/under…” and prepositions.

(2) Guessing: show some pictures and ask Ss to guess where the ball is.

(2) Let students take out their school things, listen to the teacher and put them in/on/under

different places. Ask them to pay attention to the plural form, lead in “Where are …? They are on/in/under…”

(Purpose: Use some items and PPT to provide a real situation for the students to understand prepositions, and they will learn the key sentences better through practice)

Step 3 Practice初中教学资源

Task one—pair work (find out my things)

Show a picture of a room and ask students to find out the things in the room through pair work. Ask some of them to act the conversations out. The teacher will give them some comments, correct mistakes and encourage them.

Task two—listening (1b)

Listen to the conversations and number the things in the picture.Check the answers together.

(Purpose: Task-based teaching method is used here to develop the Ss’ abilities of communication and listening, and their ability of cooperation will be trained)初中教学资源

Step4 Play a game

The teacher prepares 3 boxes and some school things, ask 3 students from different groups to the front of the classroom. Listen to orders and put the items in/on/under the boxes. The teacher will give orders quickly, and the one who finishes first will be the winner.

(Purpose: the game can be used to improve learning atmospheres in class and stimulate students’ learning interest)

Step5 consolidation—group work

Show two similar pictures of rooms and ask students to find out the differences between the two rooms, ask some students in different groups to make a report.

(Purpose: to check the knowledge the students learned and help Ss to be active in class)

Step6 Homework—design your ideal room

Teacher: “What is your ideal room like? I think it must be clean, tidy and beautiful.” Please draw a

picture of your ideal room and write a report to introduce where your things are in your room.

(Purpose: To cultivate the students’ imagination, and it is also necessary for the students to review the knowledge they learned after class)

Part 5 Blackboard design (板书设计)

This is my blackboard design, it presents the key words and sentences of this class, and help the students to master the key points clearly.

Part 6 Teaching design reflection (教学设计反思)

In this class, in order to achieve the three-dimensional teaching goals, with the help of PPT, I give the students several tasks and engage them in meaningful activities to teach them how to express themselves in English. And it is based on the students-centered and teacher guided strategies.

对《导学案》设计的建议:
