今年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,许多家庭日益富裕起来,孩子们的零花钱便也在不知不觉间不断上涨,有的甚至到了让人膛目结舌的地步。
远的不说,就说我们班吧!班里有些男生女生,学习成绩不怎么样,可是对于穿着打扮,可都是“行家”。"BALENO"的上衣,"NIKE"的鞋子,"adidas"的书包,“SONY”的MP3……真可谓集名牌于一身。另有一些男生,通常每天身上都会带有上百块的钱,用于所谓的“吃喝玩乐”,泡网吧,打游戏,结交不良少年;更有的已经拥有了自己的手机……这种例子在如今的校园中已不再是凤毛麟角了。
为什么会出现这样的情况呢?我认为,之所以造成这种情况,有以下几点原因:一,人民生活水平提高,家庭经济状况与之前相比有了较大改善;二,目前家庭多是独生子女,父母过分溺爱;三,社会不良风气的影响。而其中家长对孩子的过分溺爱是最主要原因。在中国的家庭教育传统中,父母们都会用零花钱来培养孩子良好的行为习惯和思想观念,比如:勤俭节约、财务自理。但在今天,生活富裕了,孩子的那点零花钱家长也不会放在心上。但这种超前消费意识是不适合中学生的,将给他们带来诸多不良影响。 其次,孩子之间容易产生攀比心理,从而引发一些孩子的心理失衡。今天你在“肯德基”搓一顿几十元;明天我在“XX酒家”摆一桌几百元,看谁更有风度。现在的孩子谁手里要是没几个零花钱,看着同伴经常拿着钱去买这买那,总是羡慕得很,又尴尬的很。这种羡慕、尴尬处理得好那是幸运,若是处理得不好,带来的后果将不可想象。4月12日江北区一名约7岁的女孩哭喊着要跳楼。不为别的,就只是为了从父母那得到零花钱。而有的孩子可能萌生或多或少的拜金主义,以金钱或能换取金钱的一切作为自己的钟爱。 第四,会使孩子形成错误金钱观,以为“金钱是万能的”,“有钱能使鬼推磨”,不知道应认真学好知识,不懂得承担起自己应负的责任。有的孩子,把父母的叮咛嘱咐,老师的教诲当成“耳边风”,只懂得吃喝玩乐,腹中却空空如也。更是忘却了将来有独立生活,赡养父母,为社会作贡献的责任。
身为父母,谁不爱自己的孩子,谁不愿给孩子付出呢?但是,家长们该给孩子什么?这是一个值得深思的问题,一味地给钱显然是错误的,而应该给他们以知识和正确的引导。金钱是把双刃剑,用得不好就伤人———家长们对此一定要有充分认识。作為父母平時也應讓孩子養成節儉的好習慣,不要讓金钱過早腐蚀孩子的心靈。

In a fast-paced age full of intense competition, parents have become used to giving children pocket money for supporting daily life, and whether the children are considerable enough to make correct use of these money or not has been an heated social issue. Some people think money spending can build up some positive personalities like self-reliance and economic mindfulness. Others, however, hold an opposed view that money abuse might be very risky. In my opinon, I am in favor of the former, and I will explore possible reasons as below.
Firstly, Pocket money provides more opportunties for children to be engaged in real-world socilaztion. For example, when paying for bus fares, food, stationery and books, students would consciously observe, compare and learn basic social products and services, as well as talk and listen to bus drivers, shop clerks and other customers. These experience by spending money helps to foster independence of students, from self-care conciousness to decision-making ability to interpersonal skills. Moreover, using small money process imparts students to manage
money,learning making budgeting, calculating and significative investing——in short, obtaining financial knowledge in advance. It will also give children a certain freedom to select what they want, make them aware of the rules about the equivalent exchange. Without pocket money for students, they may ignore banking knowledge, have no sensitivity of economy and might fall into unbalanced budget planning, deficit and even credit crisis.
However, the potential demerits caused by money misusing should never be ignored. For one thing, there is always a big concern that by money, children with lack of self-control or mature
mind can have an easy access to fastfood, soft drinks and candy, all of which containing high-level fat, calories and sugar. The comsuption of these junk traps children into chronic physical problems like obesity, high-blood presssure and heart disease. Besides, the most worrying aspect is that children are very likely to misspend money on movies, concerts of pop music, and Video games like Nintendo or Playstation, these entertainment will distract students from the aim of studying. In conclusion, I believe it is reasonable to give limited amount of money to children, because it can teach them social skills and finance-planning mind. 摘 要:目前,中学生零用钱越来越多,中学生消费的途径也越来越多,中学生乱花钱的现象也比较严重,是什么原因造成的呢?这些现象的出现有社会的因素,也有家庭的因素,如果不及时纠正这些现象,将不利于中学生的健康成长。
因此,政府有关部门、学校、家长、学生自己都要采取切实有效措施,帮助中学生树立正确的消费观和金钱观。
事例一:某中学的一位高二学生,近日在他生日的这天,特地举行了一个生日聚会,他和十多位同学在一家饭店消费了近800元。
事例二:某中学里高一学生——一名房产公司经理的儿子过生日,仅是亲朋好友送来的礼钱就达6000多元。
这就是时下一些中学生生日聚会的一幅缩影。近年来,有为数不少的中学生似乎变得越来越阔气,穿的用的都是名牌,吃喝非得上酒家、饭店,这似乎是一种时髦。反之,则被视为小气寒酸而丢面子。
而每天放学时,各个中小学校门口的一些杂货店、小吃摊就热闹起来了,店门摊前围满了各年级的学生,店主摊贩对学生兜里的几个钱可是动足了脑筋。消费品市场上针对学生一族而设计的各种学习用品、生活用品也日益始丰富多彩起来。但是这些“追Cool一族”兜里的钱从何来?他们到底有多少零花钱?他们平时都把钱花到哪里去了呢?
为此,我们进行了一个调查:孩子的零用钱绝大多数来自父母,占了69.1%;来自祖父母、外祖父母的占了19.7%;其他亲戚给的占7.0%;以及自己打工而来的(以高中生为主)占4.2%。

由此可见,中学生消费的途径越来越多。为什么会发生这种现象?经调查发现,主要有以下两方面的原因:
一、 社会的影响。
现在的学生课余生活丰富了许多,市场经济已经使得消费领域无孔不入。无直接经济来源的学生也成了许多商家的目标群体。在不少学校大门的两侧,学生经济正在迅速发展:杂货店、文具店、书店、网吧、小吃摊、电脑游戏光盘店等等一应俱全,五花八门。市区一些商业街上也开出青少年用品专卖店,无疑都是瞄准青少年学生这一消费群体,不少知名运动品牌也把这一群体作为重点消费对象。
国内外的一些漫画不利于学生的身心健康,却充斥着市场,造成某些学生沉迷于此。将零用钱大把大把的花在上面。
二、家庭的原因。
个别家庭富裕的家长认为自己以前吃的苦是够多的了,不忍心也不愿意让孩子再体验以前生活的滋味,何况现在生活水平今非昔比,是大力提倡消费的年代。因此让子女多用点钱用不着大惊小怪。
现在的学生都是家里的“独苗”、被喻为祖国的花朵,家长对自己小孩几乎是百依百顺,疼爱有加,即使自己再省吃俭用,孩子那里总是应用尽有。有些父母在孩子上学前总会在他们兜里放上几元钱,给孩子买些零食和学习用品。在孩子出门玩耍时也会给孩子准备一些花费,这些零花钱也是家长对自己孩子成长过程中的一部分投资。只有极少数家庭的孩子可能每天的生活都是由父母来安排所以也不用什么零用钱了。
对于自己孩子在学习上的正常开销,家长们的出手是毫不犹豫的,同时孩子们平时的生活花费和日常零用钱,也开始随之“水涨船高”。
现在大部分的父母忙于工作,无暇照料孩子,只好定时给生活费,让他们自理。
正因为社会和家庭的种种原因,使部分中学生对金钱极为看重,导致了社会问题的出现:欺骗家长,甚至走上犯罪道路:抢劫、勒索、自编自导绑架自己
一个人的很多习惯都养成于青少年时期,从一个学生对待零用钱的态度就能折射出将来当家理财的点点滴滴:一个人从小克勤克俭,长大后花钱自不会大手大脚:小时候"要风得风,要雨有雨",让他感到钱来的很容易,长大后一不留神,就会犯下难以弥补的错误。
为了让中学生树立正确的金钱观和消费观,不让学生的心灵被金钱所吞噬,我们建议从以下的四个方面做起:
一、政府有关部门做到:
1、有关部门去各中小学门前查处一些无牌无证的小吃、玩具摊档等,净化学校门前的环境。
2、到学校、各村宣传到无牌无证的小吃摊档,浪费金钱的害处和不浪费金钱,勤俭节约的好处等。
3、多张贴宣传标语等。
二、学校做到:
1、教育学生从小养成勤俭节约的好习惯。
2、教育学生正确认识金钱,树立正确的金钱观。
3、引导学生正确消费,不搞攀比,树立正确的消费观。
三、家长做到:
1、树立正确的榜样。孩子是通过观察父母的言行来学习的;
2、告诉孩子金钱是什么?金钱意味着什么?让孩子树立正确的金钱观。
3、控制孩子的零用钱的数目;
四、学生自己做到:
1、根据实际,计划开支。不要零碎地、频繁地问父母要钱,这样难免他们不耐烦,也容易造成多花钱的错觉。你应该根据家庭经济的实际情况预算一下,如每月做个月份计划,一次性向父母要,然后自己掌握,控制使用。譬如说,一
个月消费的项目和总金额相对稳定;各项目按重要程度划分先后慢急来分配金额,尽可能减少开支的盲目性和随意性;
2、坚持记账,节约开支。自己手中的钱怎样花,坚持记账,就是学习对自身消费行为的管理和反省。这样可直观地了解自己零用钱的变化和使用情况,逐步避免消费行为中的盲目和混乱,检查自己哪些支出是合理的,哪些支出是可以节省的。这不仅有利于节约,更有利于实现有效的自我约束、自我管理;
3、“好钢用在刀刃上”。尽可能把零用钱用在有意义的事情上,充分发挥每一分钱的合理使用价值。那种动辄购零食、同学之间轮流请客的做法是最不可取的。
金钱并不像平常说的那样,是一切邪恶的根源,惟有对金钱的贪欲,即对金钱过分的、自私的、贪婪的追求,才是一切邪恶的根源。因此,我们必须树立正确的金钱观,学会合理使用金钱,让祖国的花朵不被金钱腐蚀!
